Very few, if any, rentals in Falmouth include linens and towels. Bringing them can be a hassle, and buying them can be expensive. Never again will you have to travel with bulky, inconvenient sheets and towels to your vacation rental. SleepTight Falmouth will do all the hard work for you!

For a low weekly fee, we will provide clean linens and towels for every member of your party. All you have to do is pick them up and drop them off, right in downtown Falmouth!

All SleepTight Falmouth linens and towels are professionally cleaned between rentals.

Linen Sets include one fitted sheet, one loose sheet and two pillow cases (one for twin sets). Linen rentals are weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

Towel Sets include one standard sized bath towel and one hand towel. Please note these are for home use only. Any towel set, or partial towel set determined to be used on the beach (excessive sand, etc.) will be subject to loss of deposit.

Renting from SleepTight Falmouth is very simple. Simply fill out and submit the form below to reserve your linens and towels.

Rentals are not guaranteed until payment is received and the order is confirmed. Make all checks payable to SleepTight Falmouth. Please do not forget the security deposit. Send payments to:

SleepTight Falmouth is not responsible for incorrect orders due to incorrect listing sheets by either the owner, this agency, or any other agency. SleepTight Falmouth will make every effort to exchange incorrect sheets, if inventory is available. There is a re-stocking charge of 1/2 the total rent of the incorrect item(s), including any items ordered but not used, for any reason. Any item(s) kept overnight by you will be deemed used, and subject to no refund. If your order is not returned to our office on the day of your checkout by noon, there will be an additional charge, not to exceed the amount of the security deposit, or $100, which ever is greater. SleepTight orders from tenants renting property not represented by Donahue Real Estate are allowed, but please note that you must pick up your confirmed order at our office between the hours of 10am and 3pm. Sorry no exceptions without prior authorization. If you are late picking up your order, it is possible, and likely, that you will not be able to pick up your order until Monday morning, as our office is closed on Sundays in season. In such cases no refunds, full or partial, will be given.
